How are your acupressure mats made?
Our acupressure mats are unparalleled in quality and are 100% eco-friendly. Each mat is carefully handmade using the highest-quality, hypoallergenic natural linen. Each mat also contains a removable cushion made of 100% natural coconut fibre.
Our mats also feature more than 4,500 high-quality acupressure points in the beautiful shape of a honeycomb pattern. These unique acupressure points are made of toxic-free surgical plastic and have been ergonomically engineered to have the greatest relaxation and healing effects.
Many other manufacturers (including many selling on Amazon) sell acupressure mats at relatively low prices. Please beware of these manufacturers! In most cases these acupressure mats have been mass produced and are held together using toxic glue. In addition, the foam pads and acupressure points are made of synthetic materials which contain harsh chemicals and have a strong chemical odour. Using these cheaper mats may result in skin infection, allergic reactions and other health ailments, in addition to greater environmental harm. Many of our customers came to us and bought one of our acupressure mats after having a bad experience with one of these manufactures.

How many acupressure points do your mats have?
Each of our acupressure mats has a total of 221 acupressure honeycomb. Each of the honeycombs has 19 acupressure points, for a total of 4,199 acupressure points per mat.
What are their dimensions of your acupressure mats and how much do they weigh?
Our acupressure mats have been ergonomically designed for optimum coverage. They are approximately 27 inches in length, approximately 17 inches in width, and approximately 1 inch thick.
Our acupressure mats each weigh approximately 2.5 pounds, which makes them portable and suitable for travel.
How do I clean my acupressure mat?
Our acupressure mats are very easy to clean! Simply remove the mat’s coconut fibre pad and wash the linen cover by hand with a very mild detergent and cold water. Hang to dry. Avoid using a washing machine or dryer as this may damage the acupressure points.
How often should I use my acupressure mat?
You can use your acupressure mat as often as you like! For the best health results, we suggest using your acupressure mat on a daily basis. Upon waking and before bed are great times to use your mat to rejuvenate and relax your body.
How does acupressure compare to acupuncture?
Acupressure is similar to acupuncture in that they both focus on the same meridians. The key difference between the two treatments is that acupuncture employs the use of needles while acupressure uses pressure and does not pierce the skin. Our mats also provide healing benefits to a much greater surface area of your body.

How long does shipping take?
We know how excited our customers are to receive their new acupressure mat, so all orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day. Delivery time varies by destination:
Shipping within the USA: 3-5 business days with tracking.
Shipping outside the USA: 9-22 business days with tracking.

How are your items packaged for shipment?
All of our products are safely sealed in plastic wrap and packaged in an individual box that is then shipped and sealed in a bubble mailer or shipping carton. Because our products are individually sealed, none of our products are ever touched by shipping or delivery staff. Items are shipped from our warehouse in the USA that is cleaned and sanitized daily.
Will there be any additional charges (such as duty or taxes) on international orders?
As noted in our shipping policy, all international orders (outside of the USA) may be subject to customs fees and inspection in the destination country which may result in a charge beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to determine if there are any additional costs.
